At Empower, our mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive community that enhances the holistic well-being of women, couples, and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. We strive to provide a safe space where everyone can achieve emotional self-sufficiency through comprehensive support, counseling, and life coaching services. We believe that by uplifting individuals, we can positively influence the broader community, fostering overall social, familial, and physical wellness.
I can't say enough good things about Sara C, and Empower Counseling! From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. The staff is incredible, friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended their service to several others!!
I can't speaking highly enough about the staff at Empower Counseling. I am a patient of Sara Channel's for the last 3 years. Previous therapists I have seen in the past I felt just simply listened to what was going on and offered little feedback except for emotional support. If you are struggling with mental health you have the put in the WORK even outside the sessions. Sara C makes you do JUST THAT.
